A well established international business is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy office based in Tonbridge on a full time permanent basis.

Duties include;

  • Weekly payment runs
  • Process multi-currency purchase invoices
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Post and allocate supplier payments
  • Assist with statutory accounts when necessary
  • Escalation of supplier accounts on hold
  • Processing orders

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of ERP systems, good excel skill and AAT qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
