Are you a commercially minded Social Media pro?! Do you enjoy creating and posting content and spotting online opportunities for growth? Are you looking for a varied role involving strategic input, day to day operational support and creative design?

We are representing a small but growing construction company who are at a critical time of expansion and looking for a forward-thinking team player to join their central Maidstone office as a Brand Manager.

Duties include:

  • Working closely with the Office Manager to create and develop a Brand strategy, both on and offline
  • Run and maintain all social media platforms, generating ideas to drive growth and commercial opportunities
  • Liaising with the website manager to update the displays on the company website and all social media platforms
  • Reporting and offering insight into the campaign effectiveness
  • Creating brochures and advertisements using InDesign and photoshop
  • Taking photographs of current projects; writing engaging copy
  • Providing administrative support to the team wherever needed - this could be within any area of the business including Purchasing or Bids and Tenders, so a positive 'can-do' attitude is essential!

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • A keen interest and passion for everything social media and marketing, with a commercial and analytical mindset
  • The ability to pick up technical language, or an interest in construction and the built environment
  • Experience using InDesign, Photoshop, and other editing tools
  • A confident communicator with excellent written skills
  • A creative mindset, with an entrepreneurial attitude to developing ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong all-round skills with a good level of knowledge of digital platforms and SEO
  • A genuine team player, happy to work closely with others and do ad-hoc tasks outside of Marketing/Brand Management where necessary
  • An interest in learning all-round skills
  • Focused on personal and professional development

Offices are based in central Maidstone, with free parking; please note this role will be based from the office with no hybrid working.
