Senior Customer Service Advisor


West Kent

You will be customer facing, managing the progression of customer orders from start to finish.

Duties include:

  • Day to day management of inbound and outbound movements
  • Day to day management of customer service, acting as first point of contact for any enquiries
  • Processing sales orders and quotes
  • Communicating order requirements
  • Preparation of lists and documents required
  • Organising customer deliveries
  • Relationship building with all stakeholders to ensure getting the most out of every encounter
  • Timely and effective problem solving
  • Data management and reconciliation
  • Any other associated duties/functions

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Ideally educated to degree level
