A bFantastic opportunity for a strong HR Professional with previous experience integrating HR policies into large scale companies to join my client based in Mid Kent on a full time temporary basis.

This is a varied role where you are expected to manage your own workload and run with your own plans. You will be expected to:

  • Revaluate the current Sickness process within the business
  • Implement new sickness policies where nesscessary
  • Integrate a new platform for registering and monitoring sickness
  • Atend meetings to discuss plans
  • Any other HR administration required

This role would suit someone with:

  • A solid HR Management background
  • Previous freelance HR Background ideal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of how sickness can be monitored within a business
  • Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
  • A highly organised approach to work
  • A meticulous attention to detail
  • A great attitude and sense of humour
