Customer Service Administrator


£23k- £25k DOE

My client, based in Mid Kent is looking to recruit an experienced customer service professional to join their fast paced, busy team.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with business to business customer queries
  • Liaising with various other internal teams to resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently
  • Placing various order and organising returns and collections
  • Having the foresight to spot and eliminate problems which may reoccur
  • Making considered commercial decisions
  • All round administration and customer service

The right candidate will have/ be:

  • Previous customer service/sales administration experience
  • Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Ultra-organised and methodical
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • A good level of education
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude towards the role to ensure prioritized work is completed
  • Genuine passion for customer service
  • Intermediate IT skills as a minimum - all MS Office packages
