Fantastic, exclusive opportunity for a career driven and personable Customer Care professional to join my client, a manufacturing company based in Mid Kent.

This is a fantastic customer service role working closely with other internal teams.

The role consists of:

  • Using QuickBooks daily
  • Raising sales estimates
  • Liaising with customers
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Supporting with logistics and deliveries
  • Extensive use of systems
  • Dealing with problems and queries
  • Managing incoming enquiries
  • Document management
  • Information gathering
