Customer Support Advisor



Rare opportunity to join a fantastic business who believe in looking after their workforce!

Hours for the role are 7.45am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with no weekend working!

Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all in-coming calls
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Delivering pro-active and effective customer service
  • Producing quotations
  • Attending external customer visits (where appropriate and with training)
  • Liaising with internal departments and answering first line queries
  • Managing client information on the CRM system

You will have/be:

  • A strong, client facing administrator
  • Well presented and spoken
  • A great attitude, demonstrating a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate
  • Exhibit good attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of IT packages (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • A good academic record

You will become part of an exciting and fast paced team. This is a busy and varied role, requiring someone who is happy to undertake an ever changing work load and remit.
