Customer Service Administrator

Hours will be shifts between 8.30am and 5.30pm - 35 hours per week.

Fantastic opportunity to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.

Joining a diverse, fun and friendly team, you will be responsible for responding to all internal and external stakeholders in line with SLAs and KPIs.

Duties include:

  • Provide first class customer service and administrative support
  • Identify / resolve stakeholder issues
  • Consultatively recommending appropriate products/services
  • Completing all associated administration
  • Accurately creating grammatically sound letter and email responses
  • Developing excellent relationships with all stakeholders
  • Reporting on SLAs
  • Offering pro-active and reactive support
  • Offering suggests for improvements to processes and procedures
  • Working in line with processes

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative and customer service experience from a regulated or process driven environment
  • Ideally some Financial Services experience
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and complaints
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • A self-motivated and pro-active personality
  • A good grasp of the English language, both written and verbal
  • The ability to use Excel with knowledge of basic formulas as a minimum
