Job Title: Sales Executive

Salary: £18 - 22,000 basic, OTE £26,000

Location: West Malling

Great opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company with a passion for delivering excellent customer service! This is a Temp to Perm role, giving you the chance to settle in and really prove yourself.

Duties include:

• Taking customers from first contact through to placing orders, via phone, email and webchats.
• Getting involved in Lead Generation, Direct Sales, and Marketing campaigns and events.
• Building fantastic customer relationships and loyalty.
• Efficiently keeping all your sales related admin up to date and using the CRM system accurately.
• Working to agreed goals and targets, using the full range of reporting tools to track your performance and achieve your aims.

The successful candidate will have:

• A confident, proactive, tenacious and resilient personality.
• Solid sales experience, ideally in Telecoms, but this isn't essential.
• Fab written and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A track record of achieving targets and contributing positively to the team.
• The desire to go the extra mile for your customers wherever possible.
