Office Based (12-month FTC)

An exciting opportunity has come about to join a successful company in Mid Kent as a Team Assistant. This is a busy role, split between two areas. If you enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and are looking for a varied role, then look no further!

Duties to include:

• Answering phones and being the first port of contact for all visitors
• Organising transportation
• General administration duties, helping the office
• Diary Management and booking transportation for head of departments
• Postal duties - organising, distributing and maintain stock
• Recording information onto the company's spreadsheets and CRM systems
• Managing documents - please note this does involve lifting and organising boxes in a downstairs room
• Other ad-hoc duties when necessary

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• Organised
• An exceptional telephone manner
• Confident communicating with others
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Respectful of others
• Positive and upbeat
• An eye for detail
• Full UK Driving License due to remote location
