Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum basic + car + commission + bonus OTE £45-48,000

Location: covering a geographical area across Birmingham

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join an international, growing company!

This is a rewarding role, managing a team of field sales consultants with an emphasis on driving sales performance through coaching in the field.

Duties include:

• Leading, directing and managing a geographical divisional sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships to ensure customer retention.
• Working closely with the HR and Sales Management teams to motivate and develop sales consultants, identifying up and coming talent.

The successful candidate will have:

• Demonstrable success in Direct Sales roles.
• Experience managing others.
• Experience within the metals industry.
• A full UK driving license.
• An effective consultative sales approach.
