Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum, DOE

Location: Medway

Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join this well-established brand based in Medway! You will be building rapport with customers over the phone, creating excitement about the product ranges, and making sales, as well as providing administrative support to the wider Sales team.

Duties include:

• With the support of a prepared script, teaching customers about the company and available products to achieve sales.
• Using your skills and initiative to build rapport and move off-script to provide the information and encouragement to purchase that each customer needs.
• Developing a good knowledge of the product range so you can answer any questions or concerns from customers.
• Updating and backing up internal systems regularly to ensure all information held is accurate and secure.
• Updating monthly sales forecasts, and maintaining all customer documentation, including contract renewal dates.
• Supporting with range reviews, samples, meetings, and presentations.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a phone-based sales role.
• A good standard of education up to degree level.
• Excellent English language communication skills, plus fluency in Hindi, Gujrati, Punjabi or Urdu.
• Confidence, tenacity and resilience using the phone to quickly build rapport, gather information, and achieve sales.
• Great administrative and IT skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel.
