Job Title: Marketing Administrator - Marketing Team

Salary: £28000-£32,000 DOE

Location: Tonbridge

Monday to Friday 9 - 5 - hybrid working

Pearson Whiffin Recruitment are delighted to be working with a great financial business in Tonbridge who are looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing team. Do you have a solid administration background and an interest in Marketing, or proven Marketing Administration abilities? Do you have excellent IT skills and looking for a role with responsibility within a small Marketing team?

Duties include:

• Make day-to-day updates to the company website.
• Maintain various marketing trackers
• co-ordinate approvals for photography and marketing materials.
• Support the maintenance and compliance of the marketing data.
• Organise the contract renewal process of third-party relationships.
• Handle logistics for hosted and external company events.
• Marketing materials and day-to-day website updates
• Responsible for day-to-day updates to the website (training and guidance provided) this includes adding, removing, and updating product details; publications and reports; job vacancies; case studies; and staff profiles.
• Event Logistics - Liaise with event organisers and colleagues to coordinate arrangement for events they attend, exhibit or speak at. This typically includes booking the event and production/delivery of appropriate marketing materials such as badges, invites etc. Management Information
• Draft/maintain policies and procedures falling within the remit of the Marketing team - ensure these are kept up to date and meet requirements and standards.

The successful candidate will have

• Strong Admin skills

• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly organised and systematic in approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A Marketing / Degree or qualification or Adobe Photoshop/Indesign knowledge (or similar) would be advantageous for this busy supporting role but not essential as training is provided for the right candidate
• Highly IT literate to include Word and Excel to a high level

Due to the nature of the company policy, you will need to pass a Credit and DBS check.
