An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist to join a thriving team in a forward-thinking business in Mid Kent.

You will be playing a key role within the Customer Success team, with responsibility for the overall success of marketing strategies for a portfolio of customers.

This role involves:

• Creating marketing strategies aligned to agreed customer goals.
• Providing ongoing support, advice, and day-to-day management of marketing requirements for a portfolio of customers.
• Building and maintaining fantastic customer relationships.
• Responsibility for an overall marketing budget whilst delivering tangible results to agreed deadlines.
• Working closely with internal colleagues including the sales team to deliver high quality marketing strategies and materials and identify opportunities across the organisation.
• Using both inhouse analysis tools and Google Analytics to drive successful performance of marketing strategies.
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and agreed KPIs.
• Understanding and implementing digital marketing trends.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Knowledge of ISO27001.
• Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a growing, fast-paced company, preferably within the automotive industry, although this is not essential.
• Experience in using marketing software such as ZenDesk, JIRA and Sugar CRM.
• Advanced Google Analytics Academy certificates, and the ability to effectively analyse, report on and use data sets.
• A strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEM, PPC, and social media.
• Confidence building relationships and presenting, both on the phone and face to face.
• Innovative and proactive, dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
