Mon - Sunday - 5 days per week (2 days in the office/ 3 days from home after training)
Must be able to work 37.5 hours weekly shifts. All Shifts are on a rotation between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Any Weekend work would be from at home.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be fully trained to deal with inbound customer enquiries, where you will provide advice on products, cross and up-sell additional, all whilst providing excellent service.
We are currently looking for passionate people who not only possess amazing customer service skills but also have a natural flare for selling amazing products and building engaging relationships with customers.

Please note; If successful you will be expected to work the first four weeks full time in the office whilst completing full and through training on all products offered by the company! Once this is completed, you will then go onto a fairly shared shift pattern.
