My client, a well-established business based in Erith are looking for an experienced, organised, and polished Executive Assistant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. This opportunity includes remote working with occasional trips to the office or meetings

The ideal candidate will have experience within a sales environment and be able to hit the ground running! You will be working closely with a MD and other members of the team.

Duties include;

• General assistance to include diary management, minute taking, correspondence, filing, making telephone calls, arranging meetings, arranging refreshments for meetings and other general assistance as required.
• Inbox management
• Providing administrative support to the Sales Team
• Creation of spreadsheets and presentations on a high level
• Making travel and accommodation arrangements as required for multiple people
• Attendance at business meetings, including Board Meetings pro-actively taking relevant notes and action points to produce minutes. Taking ownership of action points where possible and following up on deadlines with others.
• To answer incoming telephone calls on overflow from the switchboard as part of the overall Administration Team as required
• To assist in covering for absent colleagues as directed
• Providing support and running errands as required

The successful candidate will;

• Have strong EA/ PA experience
• Have supported Senior Management and Directors
• Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have previous experience of working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Have CRM experience (Desirable)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Be an expert at managing diaries and multiple priorities
• Be professional, hardworking and reliable
• Competent in using the full range of Microsoft Office products
• Be an exceptional communicator
• You are able to travel as required with notice
