Fantastic opportunity for a career driven and personable Customer Services Executive to join my client, a manufacturing company based in Mid Kent.

This is an exciting customer service role where you will provide outstanding service globally.

The role consists of:

• Providing excellent service to clients
• Accurate recording of all order and delivery information
• Updating clients on their orders
• Following company processes
• Being the primary contact for customer service calls
• Handling customer complaints
• Liaising with other departments in order to manage orders

The successful candidate will be/have:

• A genuine passion for customer service
• Relevant experience
• A calm, professional demeanour
• A strong work ethic
• Happy to work to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated
• Good IT skills
• An excellent communicator
• Educated to a good standard
