My client are a well-established business based in the North Kent area who are looking for someone positive and reliable to join them as on a full time, permanent basis to support a busy Sales team.

This is a varied role with a broad range of duties, all of which will contribute to the overall success of the Sales team.

Duties for this role include:

  • Supporting the sales team with all administrative duties
  • Regular communication with other departments to ensure a seamless process for the customer
  • Making, checking and finding files
  • Responsible for the production of relevant paperwork
  • Assisting other departments where necessary
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • A team player
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Be educated ideally to A Level standard or above
  • Be a natural problem solver and capable of independent thought; confidence to take control of situations where necessary
  • Have a professional outlook
  • Be passionate about high standards both professionally and personally
  • Have a good sense of humour and be able to build strong relationships internally
  • Be calm under pressure
