Customer Service Advisor - (Telephone based)

A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Internal Customer Service professional to join my client based in Medway.

The purpose of this role is to contribute in offering excellent customer service, following up leads over the telephone and gathering information.

Duties include:

  • Taking incoming calls
  • Answering various questions regarding the product or company
  • Contacting potential and existing clients/ customers to explain new products or services
  • Processing sales order accurately
  • Handling complaints and grievances confidently and calmly
  • Keeping record of calls, sales and any other information needed
  • Providing potential opportunities to the field sales team

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Previous experience in either office/ call centre-based Customer Service or Sales
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Able to work reliably and independently
  • Driven and target orientated
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
