Maintenance Administrator

£20,000 - £25,000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a successful and established company based on the outskirts of Maidstone.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and have experience within the facilities management sector. You will need to be able to solve problems quickly with a commercial mindset and be able to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties include:

  • Manage and track all PPM activity with various contractors and ensure work is completed before handing over to the client.
  • Create maintenance plans and schedules liaising with contractors regularly
  • Validate spreadsheets ensuring the correct documentation is uploaded to the correct folders
  • Liaise with team members to ensure the client is kept updated with ongoing works
  • Be the first point of contact for all customer related enquiries; helping with all ad-hoc related issues
  • Liaise with clients, keeping them updated regularly
  • Managing and updating customer contracts, central internal sales documents & customer accounts files
  • Carrying out ad hoc duties to help other members of the team.
  • General office administration and telephone duties
  • Giving all round support to all departments

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

  • Experience working within the FM sector
  • Strong IT Skills especially with Microsoft office programs
  • Previous experience working with PPM tracking systems
  • Have confidence talking to contractors via telephone and email
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally
  • Be able to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
  • Commercially focused
