A new exciting opportunity has become available for an Onboarding Assistant to join a successful Financial company in the Mid Kent area.

The Company provides back-office admin and invoice finance for different companies. They are a recently new and upcoming company that is growing! They are looking for an Operations Assistant to work in the Onboarding Team.

You will be:

  • Performing due diligence validation and compliance checks
  • Performing welcome calls to contractors
  • Onboarding customers onto the platform
  • Dealing with adhoc queries from customers
  • Liaising with finance and payroll
  • Inputting Data
  • General Administrative duties

The successful candidate will be/have:

  • Experience working in administrative position
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Keen to learn other areas of the business
  • Confident and happy within a workplace
  • Initiative to work alone or with a team
  • Organised
  • Problem solving skills
