Sales Administrator

£20-25k

8am-5pm Tuesday - Saturday

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, leading company as a part of their team. If you are an enthusiastic hard worker who is passionate about what they do then this will be the job for you.

Duties to include:

  • Review and process orders received via EDI, into the accounting system.
  • Confirm dispatch volumes to ensure accurate delivery documentation
  • Record customer rejections and delivery shortages on accounting system and analyse in Excel
  • Follow up on discrepancies within deliveries
  • Sourcing documentation and amending orders when necessary
  • Complete haulage Paperwork for new export compliance (following Brexit)
  • Update Customer web-portals when required
  • Process customer forecasts daily & weekly, updating relevant systems & advising relevant departments
  • Set up sales products (SKU's) in accounting system
  • Liaising with Commercial Team regarding new product development
  • Work closely with the sales ledger dept to ensure sales invoices are accurately raised
  • Any other Ad-hoc duties when required

The right candidate will have/ be:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accurate data recording
  • Numerate
  • Time management: Accustomed to working under pressure and meeting time critical deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience and confidence in using accounting systems
  • Knowledge of supply chain
  • Knowledge of Navision / Microsoft Dynamics
