We are looking for an experienced Site Administrator to join a well-established company in north Kent. They are looking for someone who is approachable, resilient, and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with and providing support in all administration document control management tasks carrying out required reviews of Risk Assessments
  • Update and review the GCom and Met Data Systems as required
  • Collate overtime and contractor request forms
  • Compile and issue toolbox talks in line with required authorisation
  • Attend and take meeting minutes as required including the daily morning meeting providing feedback to relevant parties and following up on any action points
  • Assist Skills Trainer(s) with the maintenance of the Talent Management System with recording and management of the Training Plan, arranging and booking training courses as required and allocation of resources
  • Support monthly and bi-monthly stock checks
  • Control and maintain list of First Aiders
  • Point of contact for Blood Lead Management Plans for Lead and Silver Streams
  • Collate Planned Preventative Maintenance work order reports
  • Multiple diary control, maintenance and administration, meeting and conference room bookings.
  • Provision of secretarial and administration assistance for general and project work across BRM as and when required.
  • Monitor & maintain the Time and Attendance System alongside the Admin and Payroll Assistant as determined by the Senior Administrator
  • Provision of mail services and administration tasks using Microsoft Office suite including word processing, filing, data input, photocopying, report binding, collation, and laminating.
  • Emergency Response Media Team Support
  • Co-ordinate and assist with the publication of Glencore and BRM Corporate communication including BRM Bulletin

For this role you must have/be:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Resilience in the workplace
  • Basic Excel and MS Office skills
  • Preferable have experience with Sharepoint
  • Have experience in Document Management
  • SAP Experience (Desirable)
  • NVQ Level 2 in business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience working in a similar environment
