Our client, a tech-based company based in Mid Kent are seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing ongoing support to customers, taking ownership of the delivery of exceptional reactive/ proactive customer service and problem solving.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within Client Services managing a portfolio of customers! Ideally, you will have a good digital and technical understanding. Web Management experience is desirable!

You will be:

  • Responsible for ensuring the overall success of a portfolio of customers
  • Working closely with customers to provide ongoing support, advice, and day-to-day management of all requests
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships
  • Responsible for overall digital budget
  • Motivated to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all measurable goals are met
  • Regularly gathering customer feedback and looking at areas of improvement
  • Effective management of client budgets
  • Understand client's strategic goals and objectives, supporting and advising clients of ways to achieve
  • Analysing the performance of the client's website including marketing campaigns, traffic acquisition and conversion rates to make suggestions for improvement
  • Update customers with all the latest trends and product information
  • Working to ensure SLAs are met
  • Operating within tight deadlines

To be successful you will have/be:

  • Previous client services experience (managing a portfolio of customers)
  • The ability to understand technical information and simplify terminology
  • Digital marketing experience and understanding
  • Web Management experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 would be desirable
  • Ideally worked for a technology company previously
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to work to SLA's
  • Strong IT skills
  • The ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload
  • Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success
  • A genuine passion for customer service
