Part time Corporate Receptionist/Administrator - 2 days

Permanent, Kingshill

£9,000 - £9,600 per annum DOE

Hours 8.45am - 5.15pm

Job Share - days required, Monday and Friday (however must be able to cover 5 days for holidays etc)

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/administrator to join a successful and established company based in Kingshill

The ideal candidate will have front facing reception and strong administration skills.

Duties include:

  • Answer calls and deal with visitors to the building
  • Ensure compliance to the Visitor Policy, facilitating the necessary security checks by prior to receiving of visitors.
  • Efficient distribution of incoming mail, also preparation of outgoing mail, use of couriers such as DHL may need to be arranged
  • Be the point of contact and co-ordinate the booking of the company meeting rooms, travel, and hotel requirements
  • Arrange and book taxis and local hotel accommodation (for outside visitors).
  • Arrange secure waste collections.
  • Order and maintain relevant stationery supplies for effectiveness of office.
  • Custodian of the First Aid Report Book; ensure all reports are passed to HR Manager.
  • Organise office working lunches and refreshments.
  • Document scanning.
  • Compiling Training Manuals.
  • Monitoring & reporting 'quality issues to the 'Quality Manager.
  • Maintaining & reporting any problems that may arise within the in-house facilities.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned and for other departments as needed

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

  • Sound Reception and administration and organisation skills
  • Strong self-starter
  • Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include PowerPoint
  • A willing and helpful attitude to assist all Company personnel and visitors.
  • Great telephone manner, with an approachable personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to establish good working relationships internally and externally
  • Be able to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently
  • Commercially focused
  • Very high attention to detail

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who has previously worked as a Receptionist with strong administration skills
