Customer Service Advisor (12 Month FTC)

Mid Kent (Hybrid working after training)

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join my client's team who are based in Mid Kent as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be working alongside a collaborative team who are looking for a strong minded individual with the ability to use their own initiative and present new, unique ideas to the company.

Duties include:

• Dealing with a high level customer enquiries quickly and effectively via telephone and email
• Using the helpdesk system to ensure consistent communication and adherence to processes
• Meeting KPI targets
• Ensuring efficient customer service at all times
• Assisting with any other office duties

The successful candidate will have / be:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally working in help desk or contact centre environment - not essential but must be able to have good communication skills and be able to write emails.
• Able to work under pressure; dealing with difficult situations professionally and diplomatically
• A fantastic telephone etiquette; previous experience dealing with telephone enquiries would be a distinct advantage
• Proactive and able to contribute towards new ideas
• Competent IT skills with a good understanding of using MS Office
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines on time
• Able to take on new information quickly and remember company processes
