TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR - 1 week
Salary - £10-£11ph
Hours - 8.30am-5pm
Start date: 18th - 26th May
Our fantastic client is looking for a bubby, personable administrator to join their friendly team to assist in the smooth operation of the buisness on a temporary basis for one week.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR DUE TO LOCATION.
As an administrator you will provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and act as the point of contact for the organisation by managing reception.
Duties Include:
- To be first point of contact for visitors and employees and to be able to deal appropriately with all requests for information and take the necessary action.
- To effectively manage the reception area, directing callers and visitors, providing them with a dedicated service and ensuring safety procedures are adhered to.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties for the SMT as required.
- Providing hospitality to clients, visitors and SMT for meetings and audits.
- Engagement in projects, which you will have the opportunity to make your own.
- Ordering of all company stationery and ensuring stock levels are acceptable.
- Provide HR and the Finance Team with any assistance they may require.
- Ability to prioritise and plan own workload, seeking guidance when necessary.
- To arrange, attend meetings and take minutes for various meetings and carry out the necessary follow-up work.
- To have excellent knowledge of IT systems, databases, and a desire to learn and develop with in-house systems.
- To maintain and update electronic records and the ability to analyse, monitor and track information and statistical data.
- To participate in staff meetings, personal training and development activities and supervision sessions as required.
The right candidate will have/be:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages and be able to demonstrate excellent keyboard skills.
- Experience of carrying out a wide range of business support tasks to include high levels of IT usage.
- Experience of dealing with members of the public in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to prioritise a varied workload and to work to a deadline.
- Ability to use own initiative when necessary.
- Commitment to providing an efficient, effective, and professional service.
- Commitment to team working.
