Security Architect

As a Security Architect you will be responsible for designing end-to-end market-leading security solutions which impact the lives of users nationwide. Reporting to the Solutions Architecture Lead, you will work with customers and internal stakeholders to design security solutions for customers, provide design review and assurance for all solutions from a security viewpoint, advise on the effort, technical and commercial implications of your designs.

The role requires a broad range of knowledge spanning Applications, Data, Technology, Security, Service and Commercial influences, to help develop integrated solutions spanning hybrid (data centre and cloud) environments and influence a customer's technology and cyber security strategy. It is also critical to have the ability to communicate ideas to disparate stakeholder communities using clear and concise language, including executive staff, business sponsors, and technical resources.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Significant experience of designing and implementing security solutions.
• Experience in conducting design assurance review with a focus on security.
• Substantial experience of designing or managing a Security Operations Centre.
• Experience of enacting and undertaking governance and assurance activities.
• Experience of designing and implementing solutions as part of multi-stream change programmes.
