Support Analyst / Office365 Specialist

I am working with a company who are looking for someone with strong knowledge of Office365 configuration. During the pandemic a lot of people were working from home, new accounts were set-up to remote working/teams etc. This has resulted in a number of duplicate accounts, licensing issues and we need someone who can go onsite and help to clean up the system.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Office 365 configuration
  • License Assignments
  • Account attribute assignments and JML understanding
  • Account Remediation and support
  • General Support of Office 365 enterprise
  • Mailbox Migration understanding
  • Microsoft Intune experience
  • MFA configuration
  • FIDO2 setup using TAP method
