IT Support Analyst

I am working with a company who are looking for someone to join an onsite user team who provide support to around 500 users.

You will be working with users to ensure onsite issues are resolved as soon as possible as well as dealing with other tasks such as changing toner cartridges, installing software, setting up user desks and laptops as well as any other onsite technical problems.

Required Skills and Experience:-

  • Experience working within a service desk environment
  • Experience of Windows 10, Office 365, Active directory and remote desktop services.
  • Experience of basic level infrastructure knowledge, such as LAN / WAN.
  • Experience supporting printers, mobile devices.
  • Experience building laptops
