Service Desk Analyst

This role will be to provide first line onsite support to multiple users as well as some remote users across the UK. The role will include installation and configuration of hardware, such as printers, laptops and mobile devices as well as setting up user profiles and assigning access rights.

The company have a couple of offices across the UK so travel, on occasions will be required as well as possible overnight stays. To be considered for this position you will need to possess the following skills and experience:-

  • Previous experience working within an IT support capacity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, remote desktop services and Office365
  • Any experience of VMware would be highly advantageous
  • Experience building laptops, supporting printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment
