Deputy HeadteacherSeptember 2022 - Short Term ContractMaidstone based

This academy seek the support of an experienced Deputy Headteacher for a temporary contract running September 2022 to January 2023.

In this role you will work closely with the Headteacher, Business Manager and other SLT members setting an example for all members of staff, parents and students of the school. You will have a focus on behaviour, developing strategies and supporting staff with coaching and training.

In order to be considered for this Deputy Headteacher role you must have:

• A good understanding of the Safeguarding and Child Protection Policies in Schools
• Be an expert in school based behaviour management strategies and implementation
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Have the gravitas to work with senior personnel including the trust CEO and headteacher
