Office and Supply Chain Assistant

Fantastic opportunity for a switched on Office Assistant to join a great employer based in Medway.

This is a great role for a bright and well educated Administrator with strong MS Office skills and an enthusiastic personality.

Hours for this role are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

  • Extensive supply chain administration: recording pricing information; checking stock records; recording shipment updates; dealing with analytic reports on Excel; collating invoices; drawing up purchase contracts
  • General team support: managing internal and external post; meet and greet and general administration
  • Some PA duties

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • Some administrative experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good all round MS Office skills including the ability to use Excel to at least create basic formulas
  • A good understanding of confidentiality
  • Educated to at least A Level standard, with good grades
