Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their well-established, reputable business based in Mid Kent.

Reporting to the Head of HR, duties will include:

• Overseeing the monthly processing of payroll for over 400 staff
• Generating and issuing workforce contractual documentation to support the payroll process
• Data analysis and collation
• Recording staff holiday/absences
• Preparation of management information reports
• Other adhoc duties

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Payroll Assistant to join a varied role and expand their knowledge by assisting with the implementation of new software. Previous experience processing payroll for a large number of staff is essential.
