I am working with a UK company who are looking for customer service focused 2nd Line Support Analyst to provide their internal staff with any IT issues as well as carrying out project based changes such as upgrades, rollouts and general maintenance.

The current team support all users at desk, remotely and occasionally visit other offices for hands on support and project based work.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working within a service desk environment
  • Provide support on bespoke applications as well as MS Office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop/Laptops hardware
  • Basic networking troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of remote desktop services, Office365 (email) and Windows 10
