3rd Lind Support Engineer

I am looking for an experienced 3rd Line Windows Support Engineer who will use their broad technical knowledge to provide high level support to staff and technical projects.

Technical and experience requirements:

  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Prior experience working in a 3rd line capacity ideally within a community led public sector organisation
  • Multi-site system upgrade implementation exposure
  • Understanding of WAN and network concepts, including the ability to troubleshoot issues to determine root cause analysis
  • Exposure to various end user computing devices (PCs, Laptops, tablets, mobile phones and printers)
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service, including the ability to work with people with varying technology competencies
  • Performing IT installations, configurations, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software
  • Experience monitoring customer support for assigned areas, ensuring that reported problems are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner in support of Service Level Agreements
