Due to an internal promotion an incredibly successful business based just outside West Malling are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a fast paced business and be able to 'hit the ground running' from day one.

Working within the Accountancy team and reporting into the finance Manager you will be responsible with maintaining an accurate purchase ledger with correct allocations and codes, making payments on time and resolving all queries accurately and in a timely manner.

With your experience you will already have strong Purchase Ledger skills most likely having already worked in an Accounts Payable function.

A good understanding of end to end Purchase Ledger is essential.

  • Accurate recording and processing of invoices and credit notes.
  • Resolving supplier queries.
  • Ensure creditors are paid within agreed timescales
  • Reconcile supplier accounts.

You will ideally possess:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience.
  • Previous finance experience.

Salary up £25K and available immediately with interviews taking place as early as next week!
