A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll professional looking for a rewarding new challenge.

My client, a well recognised brand is looking for a Payroll professional to join their team during an exciting time of transition! This is key role within the business in which you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the outsourced payroll for the business, including all HMRC compliance activities and data input/output management.

Key duties include:

  • Manage the monthly payroll cycle including data input, checking and output
  • Develop payroll policies and procedures to ensure smooth day to day operations
  • Monitor changes in legislation's and adapt policies as required
  • Be main point of contact for all HMRC and other regulatory bodies, keeping up to date with their requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage PAYE Settlement Agreement, Gender Gap Reporting, P11D etc.
  • Produce regular and adhoc payroll reports
  • Manage payroll audits

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable on relevent regulations. CIPP qualification is desirable.
