An opportunity has arisen to join a driven and well established organisation based in Mid Kent.

Working closely with the operations department you will be providing management accounting information to enable strategic business decisions to be made.

Duties include:

- Deliver a full management accounting support function to the business

- Review financial performance including detailed commentary

- Variance analysis

- Lead on business area financial analysis

- Develop strong working relationships with both internal and external decision makers

- Communicating complex financial information to non-finance colleagues and stakeholders in an understandable manner

- Recommend any process and procedure improvements to help the organisation grow.

Suitable candidates will be ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or part qualified with experience gained from a similar role.

Candidates with experience gained working in a property development/housing company or a similar industry would be an advantage.
