HSE Assistant, Maidstone, £27,000 - £28,000

I am looking to recruit an experienced Health & Safety Assistant, for a leading Construction company in Mid-Kent.

The job:

• Assist HSE Manager & Project Support with administrative duties such as filing and transferring of received information into standard reporting/approved documentation formats (CPPs / RAMs)
• Follow up/track level of accomplishment of action items derived from agreed action plans between HSE and other departments
• Organising and monitoring employees training certification
• Update and process documents as needed
• Other duties as assigned

The candidate will have / be:

• Experience working within a H&S role for a Construction company; we are happy to consider Document Controllers with exposure to H&S
• Highly-organised and methodical
• Excellent interpersonal skills
