Recruitment AssistantMay 2022 - 1 year fixed termMaidstone basedEducation clientThis academy trust seek a recruitment assistant to join on a 1 year contract in May 2022.

Working within a wider HR team you will support the recruitment function across an academy trust and its schools. This will include the recruitment of teachers and support staff across all sites. This post will run until July 2023.

You will play a key role in the sourcing and hiring of key personnel across the schools and trust. You will manage relationships with recruitment consultancies whilst actively seeking to recruit through direct means. You will be the key point of contact for new candidates and support them and line managers though the process of recruitment.

In order to be considered for this Recruitment Assistant role you must have:

• A good understanding of the Safer Recruitment guidelines
• Have an understanding of key school based roles including teachers and teaching assistants
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Have the gravitas to work with senior personnel including the trust CEO
• Have experience working with recruitment consultancies
