Are you a teacher of Spanish and looking for a role in the Medway area?

We are supporting a secondary school in the Medway area to recruit a Teacher of Spanish. This role will be offered as permanent on a full-time basis starting in September. Candidates who can teach to GCSE level would be highly sought after but candidates looking to develop their skills in the subject can be considered.

In this job you will get the opportunity to teach a mixed timetable of KS3 and KS4 Spanish. You will teach in a good department with experienced teachers. You will support students who are enthusiastic and engaging by delivering exciting and interactive lessons designed with careful planning and preparation. At KS3, in Y7, you will teach 'taster' lessons to encourage students to pursue the subject at GCSE. To be successful in this role you will need:

• The ability to teach Spanish at KS3 and KS4 (GCSE)
• A Willingness to engage and embrace enthusiastic students
• The ability to stretch and challenge academic students
• The experience to manage challenging behaviour
• The knowledge of current and innovative teaching methodologies
