Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: £35 - 40,000 per annum DOE

Location: Rochester based, with travel to sites

Our client has an exciting role for an experienced Securities Account Manager, based 90% around the office in Rochester, and 10% site visits.

Duties include:

• Leading on the retention of existing clients, and establishing new client relationships.
• Regular site visits (approximately one day a week) to audit, providing reports and recommendations both internally and to clients.
• Taking ownership of client relationships, ensuring service delivery within scope, SLAs, and agreed budgets.
• Ensuring service requirements fully scoped and agreed, with suppliers challenged on costs to ensure best value.
• Coordinating with suppliers and third parties as needed to meet and exceed clear SLAs and deadlines.
• Taking the lead on resolving operation issues promptly and effectively.
• Following internal procedures and systems, maintaining accurate records, and validating and approving purchase and sales invoices.

The successful candidate will have:

• Solid experience in a similar account management or high-level administration role within the manned guarding sector.
• Knowledge of SIA requirements.
• Fantastic communication and influencing skills.
• Great relationship building skills, with a commitment to trust and openness.
• Dedication to delivering high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to travel within the UK on a weekly basis and commute daily to Rochester.
• Confidence using Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
• Good understanding of KPIs and SLAs, with a track record of meeting these.
• Tons of drive, determination and resilience.
