A highly progressive company based local to Sevenoaks is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the finance function, which will include Credit Control and Sales Ledger.

Although this is a finance role, you will also be required to ensure all procedures relating to stock management are being followed.

The successful candidate will have at least two years experience working within a fast paced finance team and close to completing the AAT qualification.

Due to the nature of this role strong admin experience and a background working within manufacturing is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Finance Manager on all accountancy processes and procedures.
  • Sales Ledger.
  • Credit Control.
  • Ensure all stock processes and procedures are followed.
  • Provide reports to the Management team regarding stock issues as required.
  • Supporting the Finance Manager to provide monthly and annual P&L reports.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budgets.

Person Specification:

  • At least two years experience working within Accountancy & Finance.
  • AAT Qualification or close to completion.
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Background working within Manufacturing.

Salary £25K

8:30AM to 5PM
