Financial Intelligence Administrator

Fixed Term - 12 Month Contract

Working hours 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break

My client is looking for an organised administrator with a strong eye for detail to join their ever growing, busy team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, a passion for helping others and the ability to work in a team. This role will be on a 6 month fixed term contact, with the potential of a permanent contract.

Duties include:

  • Checking all incoming and outgoing payments
  • Reviewing documents received from customers and following up and missing documentation
  • Identifying and reporting any anomalies or unusual activity
  • Carrying out appropriate searches on customers to identify potential risks
  • Opening or closing any accounts any accounts
  • Assisting with any other duties as required

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • A strong attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills with a good understanding of using MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A strong understanding of customer confidentiality
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A methodical mindset
  • The ability to use their own initiative, as well as being able to work in a friendly team
  • Ideally educated to GCSE Level or equivalent, with good grades in Maths and English
  • Knowledge of banking or Anti Money Laundering would be a significant advantage, although full training will be provided to the successful candidate
