Administrator with DBS

Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting for a temporary administrator with DBS in the Dartford area.

Duties

• Answer inbound phone calls and transfer as necessary
• General data entry
• Using Excel to produce reports
• Organise and file documentations digitally
• Welcome visitors and staff into the premises ensuring correct Covid proceedures are adhered to

What we are looking for:

• Current in date DBS
• Previous experience working on Microsoft office
• Be willing to support others
• Full UK Driving License
• Self starting mentality
