Call Centre Advisor - Enhanced DBS/ £19-20k / South Kent / 6 Month FTC

A fantastic opportunity for a switched on and target focussed call centre advisor to join my client, an established charity based in South Kent.

This is an ideal role for an experienced call centre advisor, with an enhanced DBS that is looking to grow within an organisation that promotes a fantastic work life balance and self-progression.

This role is a being offered initially on a 6-month FTC basis, with both full time and part time hours available. Paying a competitive salary of £19-20k + a great benefits package!

Duties for the role include:

• Managing a high level of incoming calls and dealing with each call with maximum confidentiality
• Liaising with external businesses to assist vulnerable customers
• Achieving targets and KPI's set within the business
• Follow strict regulatory guidelines
• Ensuring that documents are completed correctly and submitted within given timeframes
• Ensure all calls are dealt with in a time efficient manner to ensure smooth running of the call centre
• Adhere to both data protection regulations and GDPR
• Liaise with other departments within the business to ensure customers demands are met.

We are ideally looking for somebody with previous call centre experience / customer service experience for this position.
