Cover Supervisors needed ASAP - Ashford Rates vary depending on skills and experience

At Pearson Whiffin Education we specialise in working with secondary schools across Kent. You might have experience working in summer schools, church schools, youth groups or taken on tutoring in the past but want to step into schools and develop that experience. We can help by finding the right placements and schools to build your confidence, experience and qualifications allowing you to take on more expansive roles.

Working on a supply basis with Pearson Whiffin as a Cover Supervisor, you will benefit from working on a full or part time basis to suit your needs and work life balance.

This is a great opportunity to work in a variety of different secondary schools across Ashford.

What will be expected of you?

• Confidently lead the classroom
• Effectively manage behaviour
• Be adaptable and flexible to the demands of the school
• Provide support to students when working with smaller groups or 1 to 1

What are the requirements?

For us to place you in schools as a cover supervisor you must have permission to work in the UK and have an enhanced DBS or be willing to undertake a new DBS.

Desirable candidates will have qualifications or experience relating to teaching work.
