Secondary School Cover Supervisors needed ASAP - Folkestone/ Dover Rates vary depending on skills and experience

Do you have experience working with children? Have you considered a job as a teacher, but are concerned that you may not have the appropriate qualifications? This is a great opportunity to work in a variety of secondary school across South East Kent in Folkestone and Dover and the surrounding towns.

What does it mean to be a Cover Supervisor?

As a Cover Super you will be expected to;

• Confidently lead the classroom demonstrating effective behaviour management
• Deliver pre-planned lesson material
• Be adaptable and flexible to the demands of the schools you will be working in
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Support students by working with them in small groups or 1 to 1

Desirable Candidates

Desirable candidates will have;

• A passion for teaching and education
• Experience working with children in some capacity
• Excellent work ethic/ be flexible and adaptable
• A DBS or willing to provide a new DBS
