Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Salary: £25 - 30,000 per annum DOE

Location: Aylesford

Hours: 7am - 3:30pm Mon - Fri

Rare and exciting opportunity for a fluent German speaker to join this independent family run organisation as a Customer Care Executive.

Duties include:

• Producing documentation for the full sales cycle from quotations, through orders and invoices to acknowledgements.
• Chasing customers and sales team for outstanding details as necessary, such as upholstery choice and delivery addresses.
• Completing stock checks as needed and updating customers and colleagues on any delays.
• Liaising across internal departments for updates on order fulfilment and delivery dates.
• Dealing with internal queries and order updates in partnership with the Germany office.
• Managing incoming queries effectively and accurately.
• Maintaining the accuracy of the order processing system and sharing information effectively across departments.
• Supporting where required with translations to German (e-mail campaigns, brochures, website content).

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Fluent in written and spoken business level German and English.
• Great prioritisation abilities in pressured situations.
• Good team ethic and willingness to cover for colleagues when required.
• Experience using Quickbooks.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and pro-active.
• Self-motivated, conscientious, and driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
